Bill Miller, CPA, MBA - Owner
Bill Miller started his firm in 2005 to serve the tax, accounting, and financial management needs of small businesses and the entrepreneurs that own them. As a sole proprietor, Bill provides insightful, actionable advice to help businesses create value and their ownership build and retain wealth.
Prior to establishing his firm, Bill held senior financial management and leadership positions at several global organizations including Cargill Incorporated where he served as Vice President, Value Management; Vice President and Controller, Cargill Meat Sector; and Vice President and Controller Excel Corporation. In addition, Bill has held executive management roles at General Foods and Oscar Mayer as well as being an auditor for Arthur Andersen & Company.
Bill earned his MBA at the University of Michigan, in Ann Arbor, Michigan and his undergraduate degree in Economics at the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, and the Financial Executives International. He is also a former board member of Second Harvest Heartland; and co-founder of Pathways, a life skills program for people living in Poverty. In addition Bill is a member of the Rotary Club of Lake Minnetonka – Excelsior.
