To meet the needs of our clients, William P. Miller, CPA, LLC was established as a Minnesota CPA firm to provide accounting, tax, and business advisor services to corporations, small businesses and individuals throughout the Minneapolis and St. Paul areas.

Recognizing that each client has unique goals, we tailor our services to meet your specific needs. To better meet the needs of our clients, we have individualized accounting services for clients in industries like legal, professional services and various consumer services. These individualized services have enabled us to address their industry specific challenges, compliance needs and standard tax practices.

Bill's background in both public accounting and financial management for public and privately held companies gives a unique perspective to help you and your company solve financial, tax, business, and strategic issues.

Bill has over thirty years experience in public accounting and as a financial executive with firms ranging from very small to large multi-national organizations. He has worked in agribusiness, manufacturing, consumer products, and service industries. Bill is a certified public accountant and is active professionally in the Minnesota Society of CPAs, the Florida Institute of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, and Financial Executives International. Bill is a Certified Senior Advisor and teaches accounting at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.

Bill serves on the Minnesota Society of CPAs Tax Conference Planning Task Force, the Minnesota Society of CPAs Financial Literacy Task Force, and has served on the American Institute of CPAs ElderCare Conference Task Force.

Currently he serves on the Board of Directors of Second Harvest Heartland and on the Board of Directors of the Twin Cities Chapter of Financial Executives International.
